So I left a detailed review on here only at the end to be told the review has to be less than 100 characters and my review was 3947 characters. Typical operation of this company, not to tell you something until there is a problem. I will do a complete breakdown and review on the youtube channel at the end of January
**** HOLIDAYCORO RESPONSE ****
We see that a controller was ordered and a ticket was entered into our system (163068) on 25-Nov.  The email expressed concern that the product was "plug and play" and was expected to work 100% out of the box.  21 minutes later, we sent a link indicating that we were happy to setup the controller and configure xlights and that this could be performed at no cost by clicking our technical support link to schedule time with an engineer.  A response was received the same day that this was a valid solution.  We replied again, within 1 hour indicating to click the link to schedule a remote setup session to schedule a time.  Later that day it seems you had expected we would be calling but then realized that the link for scheduling needed to be clicked to schedule the time you wanted support.  Additional information about your schedule and how today would not work for your schedule.  The same day another question came in about the models.  We also replied that we could handle your request and that you could select any time that was open and suitable to your schedule.  On the 26th, we received an email "I’ve been online for my appointment but it’s not showing", we replied 1 hour later indicating that you must click the link and schedule the appointment, nothing is setup until the link is clicked and you tell us when you want us to call you.  As of 11-Dec, we do not have any request for remote setup assistance.  We are happy to help but customers will need to schedule a time from our system to tell us when they want support, we do not have "direct dial in" during the busiest week of our season.

Every aspect of the Holiday Coro experience was great this year. I started with Holiday Coro last year. Last year's service caused me to return this year to upgrade my controller and add props to this year's show. I have been impressed with the prompt response to questions and fast delivery of products during a busy season. Great job to all. Thank you.
