Product Features
The HolidayCoro luminary has the following features:
  • Black Coro Base
    • 10.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches deep and 2 inches high. The 2 inch tall base allows for sheltered mounting of the DMX controller and hiding of the CAT5 cable interconnection. This also allows for the top to be positioned above snow or grass.
    • Pre-drilled positioning holes for three rectangle LED modules and one DMX controller so there isn't any guessing as to where items should be attached to the base.
    • Four mounting holes for securing the lantern to the ground (we recommend old coat hanger wires cut in half.)
    • Three water drain holes keep the base dry.
    • Two holes for the CAT5 cable connection strain relief (this helps keep the CAT5 cables off the ground.)
    • Half circles along the short edges to allow the CAT5 cable to pass under the edges
  • White / Translucent Coro Top
    • 8 inches wide by 10.6 inches tall and 6 inches deep (top only.)
    • Two top flaps, like a card board box, that cover the top to keep in more light and reduce snow accumulation.
    • Top assembles into the base with four slots on the luminary base - allowing easy assembly and disassembly of the top, which lays flat, for easy off-season storage.
  • Assembly of the coro takes about 2-4 minutes.
  • No painting required.
This package also includes the following items:
  • Four black 4" zip ties (for base assembly)
  • Five white 4" zip ties (for top assembly)
Requires the following items for complete assembly (this may not be the best method for all customers):

5 of 5 Luminary Box December 31, 2018
Reviewer: Matthew Jones from Denver, CO United States
Received my luminaries much faster than expected. As always, good quality for reasonable prices. I used these at my church as part of the decorative stage lighting and received a lot of positive comments. Everyone seemed to love them. I did use four rectangle RGB modules instead of three just to brighten them up some as they were being used while the regular house lighting was on.

I am a second time purchaser and I love how brilliant the holiday como products are in comparison to the traditional a controlled lights. I look forward to make an even greater wow factor in my neighborhood.

4 of 5 Luminaries December 10, 2014

They are easy to put together and look great.

However I did "upgrade" my luminaries:

I used 6 RGB modules instead of 3 to make the color more intense otherwise they would get drowned out and the colors look a little weak

I also hot glued some gold/velvet ribbon on them to make them look like Presents.

These are great and well constructed and make it much easier than trying to make these on my own.
Thanks

5 of 5 RGB Luminary Box November 9, 2012

Easy assembly... including something to hold it down would be nice.  But other than that looks great once you buy all the supporting parts to hook it up.  I am adding 16 of them to my light show this year so the final review will be by the viewers of the light show LOL.

In order to keep costs as low as possible, we don't include hold down wires.  In our assembly video we talk about how to use standard, wire clothes hangers can be used as stakes to hold down the Luminary.
