This controller is perfect for my 32x50 pixel tree using 8mm nodes without power injection.  Easy set up and very reliable for years of use.

1 of 5 Customer service October 13, 2024

I ask for help in troubleshooting an issue on a AlphPix 16 and ask for a schematic. The greed of this company would not provide me one and said I could ship it too them at 100.00 an hour to trouble shoot it, not guarantee that they could fix it..  I would easily had more in the repair bill than the cost of a new unit.  The aftermarket support of this company is very much lacking.
---- HOLIDAYCORO RESPONSE ----
I am sorry but as mentioned in the ticket response, this product is a contracted design that goes back over 13 years ago before we started designing our products.  As such, we do not "own" the design including any firmware or schematics.  We do offer refurbished controllers that have been repaired by the mfg as a solution.

5 of 5 Controller December 24, 2023
Reviewer: Michael Lewis from Ona, WV United States
Was having an unknown problem with a pair of long range receivers at the beginning date for my show.  So I knew the easy fix was to replace them with an Alpha Pix 16.  Simple to configure no delays trouble shooting configuration.  Up and running in less than 30 minutes.  (found an ethernet cord chewed by animal later as the source of the original problem)  Alpha Pix controllers are the most reliable easy to configure I have found.)

5 of 5 Great product and Service January 21, 2022
Reviewer: Lowell LaMora from Alvin, TX United States
I originally ordered an AlphaPix 4.  Our display quickly outgrew this controller.  The AlphaPix 16 was an incredible purchase.  Plenty of room for all the props and house outline.  I will definitely order from Holiday Coro in the future.

Due it being ordered in the middle of busy holiday season it took a few weeks to get shipped but I was srill impressed how quick it was turned around. The staff at Holidaycoro has always taken good care of me over the years I've done business with them.

5 of 5 AlphaPx Classic ++++ January 11, 2022
Reviewer: John S from NJ United States
First exposure in an attempt to add a smart pixel element to my Halloween display. Controller came up with no issues.  Just followed the steps in the videos to set up my network, and everything worked first try. Running LOR CTB16 and HC 30 channel RGB controllers through the AlphaPix. I've always had good experience with HC hardware.

5 of 5 First Time Buyers Look No Further! December 27, 2021

If you don't feel like building your own controller then this is for you. This saved so much time getting my 16 strand Megatree up in running. Switched the controller to DCHP picked up an IP. I then reserved the IP in my router. Using my Pi3b+ I added the IP to the outputs and boom it was up and running. Super simple for a novice like me.
