We also maintain a CRM (Customer Relationship Managment) system that tracks your issue and provides you a case number. * Our Pricing - We work to keep our prices as low as possible - we run a very lean operation so that we can pass on those savings to you since we know you don't "have" to purchase these Holiday related items. While we don't always sell the cheapest version of a product, we do sell products that are quality because we know that not only do we have to support them but we have to warranty them also. eBay, amazon, Chinese sellers all have very limited responsibility - so when you find out that the item purchased in July fails in October, you'll be out of luck. * Detailed Product Descriptions - We make every effort to provide extensive product descriptions so that you know exactly what you are getting.
