How to determine current draw in RGB lights

Product Features

Each module contains a quantity of three, 5mm x 5mm RGB LEDs (each which has a single red, green and blue LED) for a total of 9 LEDs per module.
12v power input
3.04" long x .56" wide x .29" high (main module) - excluding mounting tabs and wires. 3.66" long including mounting tabs. 3.34" CL to CL of mounting holes/flanges. 3in to 3.25in spacing between modules.
Hard plastic shell with clear waterproof sealant/epoxy over LEDs.

Wiring colors:
