5 of 5 Very Happy With This Enclosure! August 25, 2024

The outside dimensions are 11" W X 13.5" T X 6.25 D.  Plenty of room inside.  Cutting the holes was not a problem.  Starting with a 1/8" pilot hole I used a hole saw to cut the holes for the cable clamps, RJ45 waterproof connector and a regular drill bit for power cord gland.  I used the generic DIY adapter plate which included necessary screws making it easier to put together and looks great. Be sure to use 10 or 12 AWG wire to minimize voltage issues.  The heat shrink controller pigtail output identification labels are a nice touch too.  Not sure why this is considered "off-spec", maybe the slightly noticeable swirl discoloration???  Have Fun!!!

These offspec are a great deal on nice boxes. The little bit of discoloration is not really noticeable, and people are not looking at our control boxes anyhow!
