Product Features
  • General Information
    • This enclosure was designed for controllers and projects that are too confined or just too large for the CG-1500 enclosure. This enclosure has:
      • Increased Depth - Allows up to 4 vertical power supplies to be mounted into a single enclosure
      • Increased Height - Allow for more space at the base of the controller for newer, larger controllers
    • Designed for outdoor use with full UV protection incorporated into the plastic
    • Extremely durable due to the use of a polycarbonate material. This enclosure is 140% stronger than the material used in the CG-1500 enclosure
    • The UL listed plastic resin also incorporates the highest rated UL94, 5VA fire resistant material
  • Features
    • Flat top allows for application of labels.
    • Easier storage - Since the enclosure is flat on the top and bottom, stacking enclosures during storage is easier than the CG-1500
    • Available in open and closed bottoms:
      • Open - Allows the use of a bottom end closure that is removable, making repairs or other changes to the controller easier. Also allows for pre-cut holes for clamps, CAT5 cables and power wires - see our list of custom mounting solutions here.
      • Closed (THIS LISTING PAGE)) - This solution is similar to the CG-1500 which has not pre-drilled holes. Designed for DIY applications.
